The German-American composer has signed his name on page 3, where the program is listed, and which includes a first performance excerpt from his own cantata Plöner Musiktag.

Plöner Musiktag is a four-movement work that sets a whole day to music, including music for the morning, evening, and mealtime. Hindemith wrote it as an educational work for students.
