Breitkopf & Härtel: Leipzig, [1948, reissue]. Pl.n: 18550 + K. M. 807/808. Quarto. 63 pp. Piano score with original green front wrapper, a bit chipped; back wrapper not present. All parts a bit toned with minor chips at margins; piano score binding a bit loose. Otherwise a clean copy in good condition.

Piano score and five parts. Formerly in the collection of American pianist Eugene List, with his signature on piano score.

The plate number K. M. 807/808 indicates the work's inclusion in Breitkopf's Kammermusk-Bibliothek series.
