English, mid-19th century. Total size in mat: 13" h x 12" w (33 cm x 30.5 cm). Total size of print: 7.25" h x 6" w (18.5 cm x 15 cm). Crisp and in very good condition. (A couple of very light marks between heading and image).A hand-colored lithograph depicting a scowling musician playing a bellows, using his cane as a bow. On his music stand is a list entitled The New Times.
